We want to make paying your balance a breeze. You have three convenient options when you receive your statement.
Option 1: Patient Portal
You can now pay your bill online through your Patient Portal. Not only is your patient portal the place where you can:
- Directly Message your Physician
- Request Medication refills
- Keep Track of Specialist Referrals
- Make New Appointments
- Receive Lab Results
You can now also view your statements and balance.
Option 2: Online Payment
You may process your payment using this option if you know your balance. Please note that this payment method does not give you an option to view your balance.
Option 3: Phone Call
You are always welcome to call the billing hotline at (972) 801-2140. A friendly team member will help you process your payment, and can even walk you through online bill pay!
Do you need help setting up your patient portal?
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can click on "Trouble Logging In" to reset your information.
